What v1 leaves out, on purpose
RPP402 v1 is deliberately six primitives -Discovery, Quote, Commerce Session, Payment Intent, Settlement, Receipt -kept small enough to fully implement and audit. Everything below was explicitly named out of scope so the core stays lean. Each becomes its own numbered RFC when a real use case justifies it. Nothing here is scheduled, and order is not priority.
